Managing a growing online business requires serious backup. As my e-commerce ventures expanded, I started building AI agents and automation programs to handle the heavy lifting. But soulless lines of code lacked character, so I looked to my actual "management team" for inspiration.

It started with my first cat, an orphaned orange tabby named Oliver. Oliver isn't just a pet; she's a tiny, furry CEO. She requires a filtered water fountain placed at exactly a 45-degree angle. If it's off by even a fraction, she stares at it, looks at me, and lets out a passive-aggressive "meow" — she's not thirsty, she's just disappointed.

Then came T'Challa, a sleek gray cat whose laid-back, goofy nature perfectly contrasted Oliver's stoic presence. I realized my digital workforce needed this exact personality. I gave the code some fur, modeling my business AI agents entirely after my own animals, and the Ottomic Office was born.
